Team orders may take additional time as I prefer to order the ribbon at one time to limit the difference in color due to different batches.

Sublimation is like printing on the bows, it allows for more detail but has limitations on the visibility of colors on certain color ribbon. Think of it like printing on black paper, or colored paper the ink will not be as vibrant, or may not be visible on colored ribbon.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
As this product is custom-made to order all sales are FINAL. Unless there is a defect in the production of the item refunds/ exchanges will not be issued. Defects do not include wear and tear from usage or storage. Please contact me prior to purchase with any questions.
SHIPPING INFO
All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking information. Please allow for postal transit time in addition to processing time for your custom bows when placing your order.
PROCESSING TIME
The processing time will vary based on seasonal demand. We will do our best to process all orders as quickly as possible and will be processed in the order they are received. Most individual / small orders should ship within 1 week. Team orders depending on size may take up to two weeks to ship. Please contact us prior to ordering if you are in need of a quicker processing time.
RIGHT TO REFUSE ORDER
We reserve the right to refuse any order. Reasons for refusal could include but not be limited to, lack of direction from the buyer, buyer failing to provide adequate graphics (resolution), and lack of timely communication from the buyer. These cases are very rare and we will communicate our intentions.
