Tags are made with 7/8" or 1" grosgrain and the name is sublimated on the ribbon. Our experience has shown that HTV (iron-on) can come off over the school year and can be irritating to the hands. Sublimation is similar to printing on the ribbon. For easy transportation, the tags can be ordered with (additional cost) or without a buttonhole. Slide the top of your uniform hanger through the buttonhole and the poms are ready to go.
Our teams usually have more than two pom poms so we sell them individually so the tags can be ordered to match the poms. For example, 1 red pom (red ribbon with black text), 1 black pom (gray ribbon with black text), 1 white pom (white ribbon with black text), and 2 pink poms (2 pink ribbons with black text), so our team would order 5 pom tags and list which colors and name you would like on the tags.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
As this product is custom-made to order all sales are FINAL. Unless there is a defect in the production of the item refunds/ exchanges will not be issued. Defects do not include wear and tear from usage or storage. Please contact me prior to purchase with any questions.
SHIPPING INFO
All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking information. Please allow for postal transit time in addition to processing time for your custom bows when placing your order.
PROCESSING TIME
The processing time will vary based on seasonal demand. We will do our best to process all orders as quickly as possible and will be processed in the order they are received. Most individual / small orders should ship within 1 week. Team orders depending on size may take up to two weeks to ship. Please contact us prior to ordering if you are in need of a quicker processing time.
RIGHT TO REFUSE ORDER
We reserve the right to refuse any order. Reasons for refusal could include but not be limited to, lack of direction from the buyer, buyer failing to provide adequate graphics (resolution), and lack of timely communication from the buyer. These cases are very rare and we will communicate our intentions.
