Each sweatshirt is created one at a time using a soft, mid-weight fleece crewneck and hand-formed rope lettering. The letters are shaped by hand, arranged to match your chosen word, and then individually stitched onto the sweatshirt for a raised, textured, durable finish.
Because every piece is handmade, no two sweatshirts are identical — each has its own subtle character while still reflecting the overall Rooted N Red style.

Every sweatshirt is made to order, and materials are sourced specifically for your request. I do not keep sweatshirts or specialty yarn in stock, and Supplier’s inventory can vary by size and color.
For this reason:
Turnaround time depends on the color, size, and yarn you request.
Typical timeline:

1–3 business days to confirm whether your chosen sweatshirt and yarn colors are available

7–10 business days to create and sew your custom design once materials are secured
You will receive a personalized estimated completion date during the approval process.
If your preferred colors are not available, we can discuss the closest alternatives before the order is started.

Because each sweatshirt is handmade and customized to your requested word, size, and layout, these items are created specifically for you. For this reason:
Custom sweatshirts are not eligible for returns or refunds.
However, customer satisfaction is important, and I want you to feel confident in your order.
Before Ordering
All custom sweatshirts require communication and approval before purchase.

If There Is an Issue With Your Order
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect (wrong size shipped, wrong word, or a defect in construction), please contact Rooted N Red within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
I will review the situation and make it right as quickly as possible.
