Soaps & Salves Etc.

Rooted N Red is about filling a need within our family, with a cheer coach/dance team coach in the family, an athlete, and an outdoor adventurer we found a need to create items to keep our family clean, and healthy. Thus the adventure into homemade soaps and salves.

I love making soap! I create small batches with natural ingredients.  As I do not use artificial fragrances the soap has a very subtle scent. When making salves I take herbs that we have grown in our garden and infuse them in oils, mix them with beeswax and some essential oils and the results are a great natural salve.
